Dear Members,

 Mr Napolian Almeida has given MASI a proposal to organise Fund Raising program to help ANANDDVAN PROJECT. Of Late Baba Amte.  Project plan is submitted to MASI Executive committee.  In accordance with the constitution, approval of General Body is required to approve this project plan. MASI Executive committee is calling SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING to discuss/approve/vote the proposal. 

 PROPOSED RESOLUTION FOR THE SPECIAL GM

 Organise Fund Raising Program through MASI ANANDVAN PROJECT and donate all profit (Income less expenses) to ANANDVAN PROJECT.  

Also

Vighnaharta Committee has requested to discuss new resolutions about vighnaharta fund.

For Future  

MASI may organise Fund Raising Programs as required (with approval from MASI Executive committee) for any registered (local or overseas) Charitable Organisations and may donate all profit (Income less expenses) earned from only specified programs.

Date and Time : 4.00pm on 18^th May 2008

 Venue : Hannans Road Public School. Hannans Road, Riverwood. 

All current financial members (2007 and 2008) are invited to attend this Special General Meeting for discussion on proposal and voting if necessary.

Proxies 

Each member is entitled to appoint another member as proxy by notice issued to The Secretary 24 hours before the scheduled meeting.  Members are allowed only upto Five 5 proxy votes.  Proxy nomination form is enclosed.

Voting Rights 

All current financial members (2007 and 2008) as per MASI records as of 5.00 p.m. on the 14^th May 2008 are allowed to vote.
