This special MASI initiative is for the future Marathi generation where young children get an opportunity to come together and enjoy.

Two hour session conducted by participating parents, on the Sunday afternoon, provides an opportunity to learn Marathi language through various games, celebrate festivities and participate in exercises.

Initiated & pursued by Madhav Phatak, Anandmela became a reality in April 2003 when MASI committee wholeheartedly supported this idea.

Children learn Marathi language as per the adopted curriculum, which lays a clear progression path over 6 levels of achievements.  Three Groups are currently participating in Anandmela. 

Toddlers: New * 2 to 4 years : will enjoy rhymes & songs

Kids: 4 to 7 years – start with stories, games and bits of alphabets

Youngsters: 7 to 14 have lots of games to speak Marathi

Reading material & workbooks are provided to each participant
